Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of bakershome.in and to orders placed with Bakers Home Design Cakes. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

Orders can be placed on this website, on WhatsApp or Instagram, or by calling +91 74065 55300. Regular cakes need 12 hours notice, designer cakes 24 to 48 hours, and wedding and custom cakes 24 to 48 hours or more.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We accept UPI, cards and net banking. You can pay in full or pay a 50% advance, with the balance due before dispatch or at pickup. Prices may change with raw material costs; the price at confirmation applies to your order.

3. Cancellations and refunds

5. Custom designs

See our Custom Cake Policy. Minor variations in colour, shape or design may occur.

6. Quality and storage

Cakes are best consumed within 24 to 48 hours and must be stored as advised. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery or pickup.

7. Allergies

Please tell us about allergies before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions where we were not informed in advance.

8. Intellectual property

Content, photographs, designs and branding on this website belong to Bakers Home Design Cakes and may not be copied without written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies.
