At Bakers Home Design Cakes, we prepare every product with care and attention to detail, following our standardized recipes and any special instructions you provide regarding ingredients, flavors, and decoration.
However, please note that all our products are made in a facility that handles potential food allergens, including but not limited to:
✅ No Eggs
✅ Tree nuts & nut-based products
✅ Milk & dairy products
✅ Soya
✅ Gluten (wheat-based ingredients)
✅ Approved food additives, permitted colors, and improvers
These ingredients are widely used in bakery and confectionery operations worldwide and are generally considered safe for consumption.
📌 Important:
If you or your guests have any specific food allergies, kindly inform us in advance. While we take all possible precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that trace amounts of allergens will not be present due to shared equipment and production methods.
We are happy to discuss ingredient modifications where possible, but Bakers Home Design Cakes will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by our products.
No Artificial Preservatives & FDA-Approved Ingredients Notice

Standard Guidelines & Storage Instructions
CAKES
Buttercream & Ganache Cakes: Can be refrigerated for 2–3 days.
Fresh Cream & Fresh Fruit Cakes: Best consumed within 24-48 hours; can be stored for up to 2 day in the refrigerator.
Cream Cheese Frosting Cakes: Keep refrigerated for 2 days max.
📌 Tip: Allow cakes to come to room temperature before serving for the best texture and flavor. Fresh cakes taste best within 24 hours of being made.
CHEESECAKES & COLD DESSERTS
Fresh cheesecakes & mousse cakes can be stored for 2 days in the refrigerator.
Always cover loosely with aluminum foil or plastic wrap to maintain freshness.
Do not leave cheesecakes out at room temperature for more than 3 hours.
CUPCAKES
Store cupcakes in a covered airtight container or wrap with foil/plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Freshly baked cupcakes (without dairy-based frosting): Last for 1–2 days at normal room temperature.
Cupcakes with dairy-based fillings or frostings (buttercream, custard, whipped cream): Must be refrigerated immediately and will last for 2–3 days in the refrigerator.

Always store desserts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Refrigerated items should be kept at 4°C or below for safety.
Never freeze fresh cream cakes or fruit-based cakes—it may alter the taste and texture.

Remove the cake from the refrigerator 30–60 minutes before serving to bring it to the right texture and temperature.
Use a sharp knife (dipped in warm water & wiped dry) for clean, smooth slices.
Avoid leaving the cake in direct sunlight or warm areas—cream-based cakes can melt quickly!
🎉 Event Sizing Guide:
Here’s a rough estimate of how much cake you need:
1/2 kg cake: Serves 4–6 people
1 kg cake: Serves 8–10 people
2 kg cake: Serves 15–20 people
3 kg & above: Ideal for larger gatherings

For weddings & large parties, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance to ensure perfect customization and timely delivery.
